What's New

Welcome to InsidePM! Whether you're a regular member or stumbled upon us completely by accident, if you are a project management professional, then we're confident that you will find our site to be an invaluable tool in your PM arsenal. Here's what new:

  • InsidePM launches on May 1, 2008: After months of planning, The Persimmon Group is proud to announce the launch of InsidePM. Opened initially to our existing clients, InsidePM will soon open its doors to PMs from around the world. If you are interested in joining, use the Contact Us page to send us a note.

  • Check out the latest forum discussions: The InsidePM forum offers several different discussion threads ranging from methodologies to tools to recommended resources. Dive in, the water's fine. Pull up your virtual lounge chair and join the party. Make new friends, trade tips and war stories, and you just might learn something new!

  • Read this week's blog entries: Our editor-in-chief and resident curmudgeon, Larry Winters (PMP) shares his thoughts and views from his years of experience in project management for a variety of different industries. Always opinionated with a great sense of humor, every blog entry teaches a new concept in an entertaining and memorable way.

  • The Persimmon Group gets new digs: After experiencing an explosive 2007, The Persimmon Group was bursting at the seams. In response to their growing staff, TPG has moved to a new facility located in the historic McFarlin Building located in downtown Tulsa. Note our new address on the Contact Us page.

  • Former Sonic CEO, Pattye Moore joins TPG: The woman responsible for the Sonic Corporation's phenomenal growth has recently joined the staff of TPG as a senior consultant. Be sure to buy yourself a copy of Patteye's book, Confessions from the Corner Office, 15 Instincts That Will Help You Get There, a book on leadership development published by Wiley & Sons in July 2007.

  • New Call Center improvement practice: We have assembled a talented team of professionals who have strong experience and a high degree of success with assessing call center needs and then implementing improvements through CSR training, performance management and management coaching.
